Do you brush your teeth before you eat breakfast or after?

I brush my teeth before eatting breakfast, I know a lot of people do the opposite, but actually it's unhealthy to brush after you eat breakfast.

Just to let everyone know, I brush my teeth before breakfast and I have never had a cavity my whole life, my teeth are pearly white, my gums nice and pink

Brush your teeth before breakfast, then eat a piece of bread before breakfast so toothpaste does not interfere with tast of food, after breakfast brush your teeth with a bottle of jack because when I leave for the night I ain't coming back

After. I don't see the point of brushing your teeth before if they're gonna get "dirty" in a few minutes.

It's debated, but I'd say you wanna brush your teeth to clean out the bacteria, dental plaque, and mucoid guk that builds up in your mouth as you sleep. It both decreases the chance of the bacteria metabolizing food particles from your breakfast that contribute to tooth decay and enamel damage through pH changes and cleans out your mouth/tongue better so you can better taste food. I prefer to brush before breakfast and rinse afterwards.

Before breakfast. I actually brush twice a day... immediately afetr waking up, and before going to bed.
