I brush my teeth and mouthwash before my breakfast and coffee. I love the mint flavor combined with my first sip of coffee. Some people dislike that but it reminds me of stirring my coffee with a candy cane like I love to do around Christmas.
I usually eat an oat bar for breakfast but if I have something more substantial I’ll often go brush my teeth again.
I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep if I failed to brush, floss and mouthwash before bed.
Proper mouth hygiene is ridiculously important to me.
I brush after, because I assume that my breakfast washes out my teeth a bit, but then they really feel tingly after I eat breakfast, so I know then that I need to run to brush them as fast as I can
Yes, I brush my teeth after I’ve had my wash when I get up. I’ll have my breakfast and orange juice, then before I leave for work I’ll clean them again and use my mouthwash.
Then, once I’m home from work and had my wash. I’ll have a bite to eat and on going to bed I’ll brush my teeth again and use a water flosser and mouthwash. When I’m home, and not at work, I’ll brush three times a day.
No option for me. I usually do not eat breakfast.
Maybe I should have added that option 🤔

I brush before eating. Normally, I dont eat until about 12:00, so I brush when I awake and again at night, then I floss.
After breakfast if I'm working from home. If I go to the office then it's before breakfast and again after breakfast.
wash, wash, feed, brush... eat...
I brush before going to Mass and before going to bed for the night.
Do you even know WHY you brush your teeth? It's to remove food remains before they start eating away your teeth. Food remains, like after a meal or sugary drink.
Before breakfast while i am having a shower.
After, to clean my teeth after eating.
After, almost always.
After, if I'm eating breakfast (which I rarely do)
Before
