I ate 7000 calories today. How much will I gain tomorrow?

I'm stuck in a binge-restrict cycle after sufffering from ednos for a year now. I'm 5'5 and117 pounds. How much will I gain after consuming this much? Will I become fat tomorrow?

About 2lbs, 1lb is about 3500 calories. So about 2lbs. Now you won't gain the full 2lbs so don't worry. Your body will use up some of the calories for everyday functions, like breathing, walking and etc...

You won't become fat tomorrow. 1lb or so isn't going to make you fat. Also, if you don't eat like that on a regular basis you will probably lose the weight. It balances out over time.

no. relax. just eat healthy. focus on other stuff. make sure to drink 2L of water a day (pace yourself) and when you feel the need to eat, raw vegetables first. then chia seeds soaked in water for 10mins)

7000? good lawd! lol. uhm it depends on ur metabolism, but id say about 2-4 lbs lol. so it isn't the end of the world.

You will probably weigh a couple more pounds on the scale, but that doesn't mean you've gained weight. It means your digestive system will be packed with food.

I suspect that once it passes, you might have gained half a pound. In theory, every 3500 in excess calories is a pound of fat, but your body can't process food that efficiently when you eat 7000 calories in one sitting.

Look at it as a blowout and get back on track the next day (every day is a new day). You will go up in weight by I guess 7lbs and it could take around 4 to 5 weeks to lose those 7lbs but a bad day is a bad day and its just that (a day). How many good days have you had before the bad one and how many good days can you have now?

From just the literal weight of the food, probably like 3 lbs then you'll just go to the bathroom and it'll be gone. Probably 1 lb from calories and permanently.

You'll probably poop out most of the weight from the food. You can't really gain fat from eating a ton in one meal on a rare basis.

That's not a good way to eat. Most people only eat 2000 calories a day. That's what is expected. If you eat 7000, you're going to get VERY fat
