Well, you have already initiated the fist step and started eating healthy! That is such a huge part of becoming healthy, internally and externally. Next, you are implying that you mainly want to focus on your glutes. So, squats really really help for this, no joke. You have to make sure you are doing them correctly, or else you could injure your knees or even pull a muscle. So, just go on youtube or online and they will show you the correct way to squat.
Another thing you can do, is get in a sort of plank position on the ground, but place your knees down so you have both of your hands on the ground and both knees on the ground, then one at a time, lift a leg up in the air at a ninety degree angle and bounce your leg up and down. This will really help you feel the burn!

Yeah of course. Most skinny people are fit and healthy. More than fat people are. Cardio is good, just be active Doing what you like. Jogging, swimming, things like that. Squats, crunches, push-ups. There are so many workouts you can do. Eat healthy, like just limit chips and cookies and processed foods. drink lots of water and eat a lot of protein. Lots of meat and vegetables. It's so much easier to build muscle when you're already slender because all you have to do is build up the muscle, and not lose a bunch of fat. Im skinny as hell and I find that I gain muscle fast when I work out.
The first thing you need to understand is that weight maintenance and health are not necessarily the same thing. Just because you're eating a lot of junk food and able to maintain your weight doesn't mean it's not affecting your health in other ways. You can still have it but in moderation.
Secondly, regardless of what your goals are appearance wise you need to be working your whole body. Muscle imbalances lead to joint and back problems later on in life, and bone density is directly related to muscle mass which is especially important to women.
