Is it possible to stay fit and be healthy even if you are skinny?

I am skinny but Im ussally eating junk food and im trying to get glutes for my butt. So can I still workout and eat healthy even though I am skinny. IF yes then how should I start by working out for my glutes and start eating healthy. This is actually my first time doing this
