Make sure you're not skipping any meals, or making them too small to leave you satisfied throughout the day. If that doesn't seem to fix your binge eating, try finding healthy things to snack on. Fruits/veggies are always a great option. Oatmeal is another good one. Anything high in fiber/lean protein will work just fine.
For myself, I also found that the more active I am, the less I want to binge eat. Sounds counter-intuitive but I'm actually less hungry the more time I Spend on my feet. So you could try to work more exercise into your schedule on a regular basis as well.

Make sure you're eating 6 small meals a day. Always eat slower because it takes about 20 minutes to process that you're actually full, always helps to drink heaps of water x
its all in your mind. it usually takes a combination of will power and realization, realizing how all of that food you are ingesting does no good for you, that is is all simply just excess food and will lead to an unhealthy lifestyle that you most likely do not want to live in the future.
Binge eat healthy foods, you'll get sick of it so fast! Or binge eat a certain junk food till you puke, you won't eat it again. Second option I did with Doritos Sweet Chili Heat and never touched them since.
