What do you think about this?

I am 5 foot 6 and 1/2 inches tall, and weigh 182 pounds. I have been slightly overweight/obese since I was young, and I would like to lose weight. So I have decided to get a personal trainer soon, and I would like to possibly weight 145. Would this be pushing it? Would I be too skinny? Or would that be fine?
