You might have to do lots of cardio and weight training. Each exercise compliments one another, so I would do cardio 4 days a week and 2 days of abs/weight training. Just watch the results take place soon after that. Also, you must eat clean. No more fatty foods unless they are good fats like nuts, avocados, legumes, yams and eat lean meat and veggies in your meals. 6 meals a day, 30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours each day.

You certainly don't need a personal trainer. You just need the self-discipline to lose the weight.
And 145 is certainly doable; at your height, I think the ideal weight is more along the lines of 130 or 135.
No I'm the exact same height and weight as you, I'm also trying to lose weight my goal is 140lbs which is the ideal weight for our height. Therefore that weight would be perfectly fine you should download a BMI app and it will give you the exact weight you should be to be healthy.

Weighting 145 is still consider fat but you willing weight old fashion way instead cheating is awesome. You don't need personal trainer but you need people support, if you have friend and families help you, anything is possible. 120 for your height, you will look amazing
You'd like to weigh 145? That's completely doable. The timeframe is the major question. Losing that much weight takes a lot of time and discipline. It's not going to happen in a week or a month... we're talking 6-12 months of hard ass work.
I can't tell with just weight. I would have to see a picture.
