Definitely squats , my butts very firm due to performing squats regularly. I train at the gym between 4-6 times at week. You benefit more, and see quicker results if you do a combination of excercises though.
All of the above xD your butt isn't just one muscle you know

Bigger butt? don't you want a toned butt? Squats will help with your whole body esp your legs. You want to tone that butt by doing lunges also. Do not forget leg day at all.

THE best? The barbell squat. No doubt about it. Every weight training program should include it.
But it won't give you results without an adequate diet to gain muscle so pay attention to that.
Deadlifts (squats work your quads more than your glutes)
all of the above, also u need to have a decent amount of protein. intake for. that muscle to grow and repair its self properly
