Due to my work schedule, I don't have time to physically go to a gym or a class.
I work 12 hour shifts 2p-2a.
But is there a program you can buy and use it in your living room?
I want to get stronger, have a fun, total body workout and get in better shape (Christmas was not kind to me haha)... and I've always had an interest in kickboxing as a potential workout.
So... any programs? Or do I have to cut out the time somehow to go to a physical gym?
