so i burn 1700 calories everyday at rest and eat a small bowl of oatmeal and 2 slices of jam on bread (500 calories) . i work out 4 hours total daily - situps, lunges, hikers, intense dancing.
in 3 months how many should i expect to lose? I've lost 20 lbs by the way.
