Oral Fixation quick fix?

I have an oral fixation, and I need something to chew on. Can anyone help me? I' going kind of crazy here

i honestly think I've got this tbh, if i dont chew my jaw gets super painful, i go through rather a lot of chewy/gum and it costs rather a lot and is not the greatest for your teeth.

but its what i use and have been using for the past 2 years, just always have gum in my mouth as long as im not eating ^.^

I would describe what I feel as more of an anxiety if I don't starts chewing or sucking on something for a while. When I'm off at uni and don't have to run purchases by my mother, I plan on buying a pair of rubber dog tags to wear around my neck I can chew on. Someone actually thought to make something to discretely chew on, because gum doesn't work for me.

mine was for anxiety, i just feel ill if sometimes if i dont chew, its like a comfort so i thought i may have the oral fixation thing after i learned about it recently!

try buy some sort of accessory just to shove in your face hole when you start to feel anxious anxious!

you can just say that chewing things calms your nerves but tbh i didn't tell my mam, i just ask her to buy big packs of chewy/gum for me.

i tell her i need a restock and she is kind enough to buy me some fresh bottles water and chewy ^.^

I usually bite my nails when I want something to chew on, although I don't think I have anxiety in this way. Only when I'm intrigued watching a film or something
