then for lunch have something light such as a small tuna sandwich
and then for dinner have something like pasta and pesto
then go to the gym 4 times a week burning between 300 and 500 calories each time?
If you can keep doing it it would work. It seems pretty extreme and maybe even unhealthy. Remember it takes a long time to really start burning away your fat. Dont expect results in days, it might take a month before you see any changes but if you just power through it you will get there. If you start to feel your energy levels drop however your diet is simply too much. Then you need to tone it down a bit. Remember always listen to what your body is telling you.
That is a little extreme because that would be barely any calorie intake. That little amount of food would mean you could be malnourished which is not getting enough nutrients your body needs. I do not mean just go out and eat what ever because you could eat junk and still be malnourished. You should eat fruit, veggies etc.
No you need to eat veg and fruit and whole grain and lean protein!

I advise you not to torment the stomach, and to engage in physical labor, or to start going to the gym.
How much do you lift though?
That's a bunny diet
What's that 😟
Because I feel like a fat fucker 😔 I'm not overweight but I'm on the heavy side of the healthy weight scale
Well I'm 5'6. But yeah I guess you're right I'll eat a little more and make sure I sweat my ass off at the gym.
