Medical question on my boyfriend?

Could my boyfriend be diagnosed with something serious based on these symptoms? He's going to the doctor asap, but I just want to see what other people think about this.
1. Blood in his stool
2. Very dry skin
3. Peeing more than normal
4. Lack of energy/motivation
5. Fatigue
6. Occational headaches

It could be any number of things. No sense speculating. See what the doctor says. The blood in his stool and frequent urination are cause for concern though.

I doubt anything serious, probably an infection. I'm not a doctor though..
