Trending & News 1. 80% of the equipment in a gym is useless and redundant. That section of the gym where all the machines that only do a single muscle are all set up? Stay away from that
2. No matter your age, gender, goals, or fitness level, don't be afraid of going into that section of the gym where the free weights (dumbbells, squat rack, bench, barbell, and plates) are all set up. You've probably got this idea stuck in your head that section is for men or advanced users only. You couldn't be more wrong. And don't forget to use a bicycle and a treadmill too.
Did this help you at all?
