What would you do if you mysteriously got a in-healable paper cut that constantly hurt?

It's been two weeks since you noticed the paper cut, and it still hasn't healed so you decided to see the Dr. The Dr. has tried everything to get the cut to heal with no luck, with not much else he can do, he has you brace yourself as he explains you'll haft to deal with the cut the rest of your life.

Wouldn't that lead to infection? If it did, it could possibly spread. But I don't know much about paper cuts so I'm not going to try and act smart about it.

Once I had an open wound and no time to see a doctor, I just poured some alcohol on it and taped it shut. It healed very well.

If my right hand pinky i'd just amputate the thing off. I never use that finger anyway for anything, even typing so i wouldn't lose anything really.

They have ways of dealing with that. It's really the major lacerations you'd have to worry about.

Oh, because if my doctor said that to me, he'd be fired. He would at least refer me to a surgeon. But I have very thorough doctors.
