Should I be eating less?

Trying to lose weight. About 6-8 pounds.

3 hard boiled egg whites
1 clementine
3 cups green tea
Kashi cereal with almond milk
cheese stick
greek yogurt
Kind bar
whey protein scoop mixed with water
coconut water

I'm STILL hungry. It's 9 and i Know i should stop eating. this is the time when i get the munchies! i want crackers or something

I also ran 6 miles and did butt/ab workouts
Should I be eating less?
