All fine.
But I kinda would like someone to talk about losing weight, like the up and down moments. So is there anyone who is trying to lose weight on here that would like to be my weight loss buddy?^^
Well first off, make sure you aren't over-doing it with the gym. I became obsessed with losing weight and started working out daily, at times twice a day. I ended up with injuries which prolonged my weight loss goals. Aim for 3-4 times a week for 30-60 mins MAX! Anymore, and you'll end up with bigger problems than a few extra pounds. Eat healthy, and make sure you're eating enough! There are weight loss calculators online that can help determine your daily calories you body needs. DO NOT drop below 1500 calories otherwise your body will go into something called calorie deficit. If you think its hard to lose a pound now, starving yourself then eating again makes the pounds come back fast and then some. Since you're under 18 and very active, I suggest consuming 1800-2200 calories a day. But make sure these are good calories from good carbs (whole grains, wheat, fruits/veggies) and protien (meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, milk, yogurt). Limit sweets and don't ban them completely. Treat yourself, just don't go overboard.
Best workouts= swimming and cycling! Both worked SO great for me!
I struggled to lose weight for years and trust me nothing works but watching your diet and smartly exercising. Good luck and remember it takes a long time to successfully lose weight! Be happy with what you've got-you only have one life to live so don't focus all your time on your appearance!
i know how you feel, I've been tying for a long time to lose weight but no one will help me, especially my own family! I keep telling them to stop buying junk food and sweets but they do it anyway, and they make fun of me for it
Loosing weight isn't just right down to the amount of exercise you need to do. It is also worth considering your diet plan, try the tips below.
Possess a varied, balanced diet, attempt to reduce sugar filled foods for example sweets and fizzy drinks, and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Eat three meals, do not skip meals as hesitant to eat will decrease your blood sugar allowing you craving sweet foods.
When you're getting peckish try healthy snacks for example fruit, or carrot sticks and cucumber sticks with dip.
Take a look at portion sizes, are you overeating?
Reduce fatty foods and eat unstaturated fats instead.
Eat lean meat were possible or cut extra fat off your meat.
Use healthier cooking way of example steaming and boiling instead of frying foods for instance.
Conserve the exercise and you ought to see some results soon.
If you're weighing your self to see if you've dropped a few pounds in the exercise that you're doing, it will not show that you're shedding pounds if you're building muscle through exercising, as muscle weighs greater than fat
