Peanut Butter Binge '~' ?

So I usually don't do this, but I'm looking for suggestions. Today on top of my normal intake (1600 calories), I binged on two dark chocolate bars (230 calories each), half a jar of peanut butter (900 calories), and dried fruit (like 1200 calories. I think I've had around 3000 extra calories today. Should I restrict tomorrow, or eat my usual 1600? I'm a healthy weight, but I can definitely already see the belly bloat.
Definitely restrict as much as possible tomorrow!
Don't restrict, eat normal!
Cut 500 cals tomorrow.
Cut like 200 cals tomorrow.
