So I usually don't do this, but I'm looking for suggestions. Today on top of my normal intake (1600 calories), I binged on two dark chocolate bars (230 calories each), half a jar of peanut butter (900 calories), and dried fruit (like 1200 calories. I think I've had around 3000 extra calories today. Should I restrict tomorrow, or eat my usual 1600? I'm a healthy weight, but I can definitely already see the belly bloat.
Don't restrict. Maybe just up your workout tonight or tomorrow. If you don't workout, then just don't sweat the extra calories. A little cheat day never hurt anyone. I'm just impressed by the half a jar of peanut bitter thing. 😋

Don't restrict, eat ur usual cos our body acts not in the way we think.
Today when u consumed so much calories, your metabolism will boost!! so tomorrow if you eat your normal, it will be okay ;)
