Anyone have this?
This happens to me all the time.
I start running and eating healthy and I gain weight/inches but then I'll binge on junk food for a week and be 3 lbs lighter and 2 inches thinner.
Weird or normal? What's the science behind that?
This happened in HS too. One summer I only ate popcorn and ice cream with maple syrup (like 3 quarts a day) and lost 10 lbs and got thinner.
Another time I ate like 4 jars of peanut butter over the course of 7 days and again... lost weight and got thinner.
But as soon as I started eating healthy I got bigger again.
Curious, no?
Anyone else like that?
