I've lost a lot of weight and my boobs have gotten better but they sit low on my chest. Past my peck muscles. They're round and firm but they just sit low on my chest. I'm a 34D at 5'2" at 115lbs.. I'm doing weight training and will probably lose 15lbs just to show muscle definition. Will they get better? They don't feel gross or saggy they just sit really low on my chest. Does anyone else have this problem? Will they get perkier as I lose more weight? In a bra they look fantastic, without it's not so much.
Hi :) I don't have this problem, but I've heard of it from plenty of friends who've lost weight. So, basically when you lose weight, you also lose some fat from your breasts. However, your skin won't shrink back. So, although it may not be "saggy" it still may be a bit saggy. (not in a bad way) And, before you lost weight, your breasts may have been bigger. As you lost weight, you breasts may have shrunk a bit, causing them to look lower. Breast lines can also vary, so maybe you have a low breast line.
