I've tried low-carb, low-fat, weight watchers, frozen food diet, becoming a vegetarian, reduced calorie, working out 5 days a week, going to a nutritionist...Nothing seems to work for me.
So I guess what I'm asking is; has anyone else had this problem? If so, have you managed to lose weight? Was it caused by something else (such as medication, Hypothyroidism, etc?) How did you finally shed the pounds?
