boil hot water, put some lavender and peppermint oils, wash my face, steam and slowly inhale (but not for too long take brakes) and think about nothing, after wear a mask, leave on for a while and rinse off, then tone and moisturise.

Basically do a spa day to yourself and relax after eat something, drink lots of water and sleep. you wake up refreshed.

Drink lots of water and stay away from screens for a bit.. give myself a bit of a scalp massage. Drink some ginger and lemon tea.

If that doesn't work and it's unbearable or I have to go do something, I'll pop an Advil. Try to avoid taking painkillers when I don't absolutely need them tho.

IBUProfen is my pain reliever of choice.
but if you have a sinus headache, it won't touch it. You have to take an antihistamine also.

Tylenol is a good choice too, but you can't take more than a certain amount. More than 1,000 mg a day I think can cause SEVERE liver failure.

Any pain reliever is effective. Tylenol, Motrin, and Advil are good choices. I tend to use Advil the most.

I get badd migraines sometimes. Some so bad I feel sick to my stomach and vomit. All I can really do is take aspirin (which doesn't help me) and go to my room, tell no one to bother me, turn the lights off and wait it out... trying reaaally hard not to move xD

Generally, when it doesn't go away by itself, I take a paracetamol.
I don't get hangovers from alcohol, but when I've been out of bed too long I'll often have one the next day. Than, often, drinking lots of water like for a hangover helps :D

I usually get migraines vs normal headaches.

Salt.
When i feel it coming on, i ingest a ton of salt and it helps. Drink water, get a cold press on your head and go in a dark room.

Also vicodin to take the edge off of bad ones.
