How will an ice bath for sore muscles affect my asthma?

I don't have asthma but I once dove into 52 degree water. I thought I was going to have a heat attack. Can't imagine what that will do to your breathing as mine was labored.

Unless you have severe asthma, I doubt it. My asthma has slowly gone away but ice baths never affected it

asthma can be affected by cold and dry air. It seems like soaking in a cold environment for an extended period of time would be a bad idea
