Going back to bed: helpful or harmful?

It's always 50/50 for me.

some mornings I'll wake up at 5am and decide it's not worth it to put in effort so I go back to sleep for an hour.

sometimes I wake up feeling refreshed after this extra hour, and sometimes I wake up feeling extra tired.

Today im extra tired.
Makes me more tired
Makes me feel refreshed
