Good fucking God that must have been excruciating😫 I feel like such an idiot for even watching that, I knew it would make me cry. The true horror of that incident isn't in the moment, it comes later when she realizes that IF she ever walks again, it'll only come after YEARS of therapy as well as several surgeries to try and repair the tendons that were just shredded in two, and even then it's not a promise. I shudder to think of them fitting her for a wheelchair just as they did me, her struggling with her emotions and bursting out in fits of agony, rage, and utter helplessness. If she's of strong will the light will penetrate quickly and she will be able to take a lighter, more optimistic view of things, but I know personally how one feels when told they will never walk again and hundreds of man tears are pouring forth in empathy in this moment😭
I snapped a tendon in my calf a few years ago, and here I was running with ankle weights on today... injuries are just part of it.
First I should consult a doctor. You don't break a leg like that unless you have severe calcium deficiency. The way she pushes that weight easily means its certainly not that heavy. Or, she had already a pre-breakage due to a fall or something else, but this is not normal.
NOT PROPER FORM. NEVER LOCK YOUR KNEES. Omg why isn't ANYONE WATCHING actually watching her form? But yea you kinda have to.. physical therapy and whatnot.

I think it'd be a reasonable excuse for me to become obese. I'd just live a healthy lifestyle instead. Away from the gym... I've been in a gym once in my life
Sure... I'd just avoid the leg press from now on lol
Yeah, I wouldn't try doing more than I could handle though.
If I was some how OK i would but I didn't realise that was even possible!
I'm still recovering from a back injury. I think about the gym everyday
omg that is horror to watch
