Always eat at the table and focus on your food as you eat. I lost so much more weight doing this because I became more aware of what and how much I was eating. Also, set a time at the end of the day to stop any snacking if you do that. I make sure to not eat after 5PM. You must resist the temptation of fried food, but if you must, pair it with fat binding foods, like cabbages and most starchy foods. Do not skip meals. This is important because you can start binge eating once your stomach gives in and all that effort you put in will be wasted. I don't know how much time you're giving yourself and how fast you want to be losing weight but doing all of this and staying positive to keep my hormones in check, I was losing roughly 3 lbs a day on average. That said your BMI is average. I can understand, however, if you want to lose more weight. I'm Asian, I'm short and I know.

I'm going to agree with the guy who said to cut out sugar and flour. (I reckon gluten messes with your weight even if you're not intolerant). Try to replace them with veggies and salad and fruit (sorry to sound like your mum here, but you're still growing and need nutrients!) I'm sure I don't need to tell you that deep-fried food is BAD for your waistline! I reckon you can tell you're doing it right if you wake up feeling pleasantly hungry and empty most mornings
You don't need a gym membership to exercise, as long as you do cardio exercises at a mild intensity / with the right sort of diet (cutting out sugars) you should see rapid improvements in health and weight, although not too rapid, as rapid changes in biological functions can be harmful to the body
Look up the army's morning pts they can all be done in a place with just enough room for you to stretch out (besides the running of course) if you can't find them message me and I have my bct book somewhere

cut down to one meal a day. always works for me and I never diet or go to the gym. I'll snack a little during the day, but only 1 actual meal. fill your tummy with coffee or whatever you drink. I do that every time I gain weight and it's never failed me. I'm 5'1 and I went from 125 down to 110 in like 10 days
Youtube exercise videos - also dancing videos are awesome.
+ eat only what you can find in nature, i. e., eat spinach, don't eat candies...You can go up and down staircases for 20 minutes a day, it helps a lot.
Losing weight? 16. I should be gaining weight but i think its genetic thing. My dad was skinny so... I'm like barely 105..
