If you want a defined and tone lower body, including a firm, rounded butt and tone thighs and calf in at least three weeks you only need to do these two exercises at least three times a week:
1. 100 squats
2. Outdoor running
I guarantee you will see results in four weeks. Don't just take my words for it. Do those exercises, and in four weeks time tell me I was wrong.
# 100 Squats per session
If you do 100 squats today, the chances are your legs, inner, back and front thighs would be sore for at least 3 to 7 days. That's the power of the squat. Even regular gym-goers and body-builders get sore when I throw to them the 100 squats challenge.
You may want to start with 50 squats in week 1, then scale it up to 75 or 100 squats in week 2 or 3. In week 3 and 4, try to do the the squats very fast while maintaining a good posture and balance, not to injure your kneels.
# Outdoor running
Combine the squat exercise with a 30 to 60 minutes outdoor running, you are on the path of getting the results you want. After your squat exercise, run for 30 to 60 minutes. If your neighbourhoods have sloppy or hilly routes, run on those routes.
If you're thin, you can see definition or muscle tone within a few months. If you're kind of overweight, the fat will mostly cover the muscle obviously. Also if you're thin, you may not have a body type that adds much leg or butt muscle.

These workouts will tone the muscle and make it harder and defined, not bigger. So it depends what you want. If you have a fat layer on your butt, then these exercices are not enough. You need low intensity cardio too to burn fat.

For me if I did that every to every second day a week id actually see results after 1-2 weeks but then I'm mesomorph so it might take longer depending on your body type.

2 weeks, all you get is sore but the burn engine has been started
6 weeks, maybe a measuring tape might give you a smile, not so much the mirror
12 weeks, now the mirror seems to get on board with other positive results

Best results for glutes is squats , lunges, and going up and down stairs. Builds up the but fast!
These workouts in the video are really just doing the same thing over again and it's wasting energy you could spend hitting the muscle where you need to. Seriously if you don't believe me Google it - ask how to get a firm butt and it'll tell you to climb stairs and squat and do lunges. These are you friends honey.
If I do those things only, only my thighs are sore and not my butt. With the stuff in the video, my butt is also sore and burns while doing them so sorry, but I think I believe my own muscles more. The bridge, for example. Makes my butt more sore than 40 squats+40 lunges+40 flights of stairs would do. Those exercises you mentioned only strain my knees and I don't feel my butt burning
If you're just starting it will take months for a visible difference. Depends on how hard you work. just make sure that your workouts are actually challenging you and yore not just breezing through them

It can take months sometimes... all depends on the effort and how consistent you're being.
All the girls at my gym who do barbell squats have the best butts.
Got no gym memberships.
Oh well in my opinion really just adding weight to exercises makes results show quicker.

Do squats, you will see greater results so much sooner, and proper squats with a barbell on your back.
There are squats in every video too. So everyday. I swear I am starting to hate squats...

Depends on what your butt actually looks like. I would assume a couple months at the least.
Take some pics for before and after pics and make new ones every month or so for comparision. After 3 to 6 months there should be some results though so dont worry.

Those are good butt excersies. Keeping your diet, probably you'll see a noticeable difference in 2 mos. (6-8 weeks, a real difference).

Every time I do those I always feel it in my quads a lot more than the glutes. Am I doing some wrong?
