I'm finally beginning to recover from my anorexia. I'm allowing myself to eat and I'm accepting help. (Two things I'm extremely proud of.) I am currently seeing a therapist who wants me to set reasonable goals for myself instead of trying to lose those 15 pounds or not eating all day. Does anyone have suggestions of goals? They're supposed to make me have a feeling of accomplishment when I complete them. I love dancing and was going to learn a new dance routine every week but I don't know if my goal should be so close to exercise as that is... Any suggestions?
I think the other answers we're disrespectful but I for one just want to say good on you for accepting help and trying to be healthy. I know hard mental illness can be and I think it's good that you're working through it.
If you like dancing maybe try something physical but less strenuous like yoga or tai chi? Good for your mind and body but not a workout either.
All the best to you. Good luck in your progress.

Try finishing a box of twinkies by the end of the week.
So your proud of eating... and not being able to take care of yourself... nice.
