So why does the goddamn toothache start only at night when i'm laying down?

Toothaches are always worse at night. I think it's because during the daytime, you're not as focused on it since there are things going on that distract you from it.

Supposedly, they say that sleeping with your head elevated is supposed to make the pain less noticeable but it didn't work for me.

The only thing that worked for me was going to the dentist.
