Okay you have to make sure to not go on some weird crash diet you found online. in fact the word diet out of your vocabulary and focus on NUTRITION. make sure you are eating whole foods and vegetables while cutting down on on all junk. as for cardio, i would suggest doing HIIT cardio everyday before breakfast. in the afternoon, you should be doing weight lifting. dont worry about turning into hulk it won't happen unless you start eating a lot of protein and go on a calorie surplus. in fact you will just become more toned and it will look good! weight loss is mostly about what you eat so get into the habit of eating healthier foods. while working out regularly. never eat less than 1200 calories a day that bad for you. also you have to sleep well. poor sleep leads to more weight gain. since you are trying to lose about 33 pounds, i would give yourself about 1 year to reach your goal. in fact make it a new years resolution that you won't end up quitting in 2 weeks lol. its hard to do this, so start with small habits like making sure every breakfast is healthy, and drinking water everyday, and slowly add more and more healthy habits until it becomes a lifestyle. its not a diet course, its a lifestyle change remember. you won't just feel good because you'll look better, but you will also feel accomplished and have more energy. Check my myTake about exercises when you tarvel. You can do them at home. And real diets do not exist. They give a yoyo effect. Instead eat normal but healthy (cut carbs, eat more fruit and vegetables). And go out and start running.

Take cold showers/baths. I know that may sound weird, but it really does work. Your body expends a high amount of energy trying to keep you warm.
Count your calories with an app like My Fitness Pal. As long as you don't exceed the calories you need daily, you can lose weight just by counting calories.
Without intense workouts and diet its impossible, You have to work hard to get it! And leave behind the bad habits, drink to much water!
