Actually just because you got your period early doesn't mean you stopoed growing by now. Its just for the most part women are done. But since curves are not just factored by the finishing up of growing, you can still get curvier. I had my period had 12. I never had an ass and had small tits. I am newly 18 and I am a 32 D and have an ass. I am still a shortie though (5'2 and a quarter). I attribute it all to growing a bit more (its possible to keep growing until you are 20 but slowly), squats, push ups, and eating/snacking a lot.
Don't be scared, be happy.
If you are worried about looking 'unattractive' just remember that no matter what your body looks like there will always be half the population saying you look bad, and the other half sayign you're the most beautiful creature to walk the earth.
I say be happy, rather than content, because with smaller boobs you have a much wider range of bra types to choose from, not to mention the designs, fuck I wish I could wear half the designs they put out for the smaller boobs!
First, B32 isn't a bad size, its not too small or anything. My doctor never said anything about three years. I'm not saying you doctor is wrong, but what my doctor told me is the age that boobs GENERALLY stop growing is around 17 or 18. Although it varies for every girl. I wouldn't worry about it too much because chances are your boobs will still grow and you will make the C or D size. Hope this helps :)
It shouldn't matter if they keep growing. Society is so screwed up that girls believe that the bigger the boobs, the better the men. That's not true. A lot of guys do get attracted to the big boobs, but will leave if she's a total bitch. Have a great personality cuz that's better than big boobs. A good personality is forever while nice boobs will eventually sag
Unless I'm somehow mistaken, which I rarely am, our bodies, male or female, grows/develops well into the twenties. And as for breasts, even after that, they do swell after giving birth. So rather than stressing out about something you still have another 10 years or so to go through, I'd suggest you spend your time on something more fun. ^.^

They might grow some more if you gain weight.. I'm not implying that you need to. I am 120 lbs, 5'2.. I was 103 last year & that weight gain helped fill mine out, I'm almost a B now. Anyways, accept your boobs for what they are, you'd be surprised how many guys actually prefer smaller ones. I get it, when I was a teenager I wanted big ass boobs, so bad I was willing to get a boob job when I could.. now I'm 22 & I couldn't give a crap what size they are. I love mine. It's hard to say if they're done growing though, it's different for everyone. Mine actually grew into decent A's after highschool but I was also super thin so.
- Big boobs or small boobs, you will keep attracting guys. So that's not an assue. You don't need 100 guys to like you, ok, you just need some.
- Now, girls can be mean to each other, so you make friendships with people that respect and have closer personalities.

you are young and naive and you shouldn't feel insecure about yourself. you are still very young and it's completely normal that your boobs are like that for now.
but you should really seek a doctors advice so he can just say everything is completely normal with you so you can rest your mind.

You won't have completed puberty for another 3 or 4 years at least. Plenty of girls I know don't develop breasts fully until they're 17, 18, 19. You've got nothing to worry about! And breasts aren't important honey, don't stress about it
Mine didn't grow until I was 18... I went from B to DD. So don't stress. Sometimes people can be "late bloomers" which means they peak body development wise later in their teen years instead of earlier.
Your boobs can grow into your 20s. I wouldn't worry.

Your boobs could still grow, boobs are fats. If genetical, hope you could inherit your mom's and if females in your father's side have big boobs too, the bigger the chance too. How about if you workout soon. But after 3 years that's not it, it will still develop.
Who cares if you have smaller boobs it's not a big deal besides at least thy won't make your back hurt

Beside genetics, boobs are also fat content. So that will also determine your bood size. Look at adult, very muscular, low fat girls. They almost have no boobs left.
B cup is not bad. You might reach c cup which is a comfortable size but still "large". Once you get to D or DD your boobs and back just hurt all the time and clothes will never fit nicely. I kinda miss my c cup boobs.

Growth ends at the age of 25. That's why you can't get eyes surgery till that age.
