If its what you truly want, go for it! Just make SURE that you want it, and for the right reasons. Get it for yourself, no one else, and do your research first.

If you're asking because you're afraid that people will see the belly ring and assume you're "easy" , consider this: I've had one for the past few years, and nobody treats me differently because nobody knows its there. Its covered by clothes, as long as they fit right (and aren't tight or revealing — which would cause people to think a girl was easy anyway). The only way people find out about it is if I show/tell them, and by then they already know I'm a "nice" girl, so they don't care... Plus my favorite belly ring has a little traffic sign on it that says "DO NOT ENTER". Heehee. : ]

Honestly, who cares what other people think? They're not the ones who have to endure the pain, the aftercare, etc. You are.

It's your body, so it's your decision.

If you want to get a belly button piercing, do it. Personally I think they look cute on girls with flat stomachs, but personally it's not for me.

It shouldn't matter what other people think, you have your own brain so use it.

I see belly button piercing pretty cute, the ring is nice but I love it when they have a look to it like a four leaf clover. But either way belly button piercing looks nice.
