I had same stuff but it happened to me when i got food poisoning and after recovering eating was real hard and after 3 years past that i still have little effects of it, its called "H-pylori" also known as "Helicobacteria"
It makes your stomach fluids go more acidish and go up to throat creating nausea effects, just pointing out a lot of people might have it but certain things trigger it in stomach, you can always give blood samples and visit the doctor :)

Differences in anatomy could be part of it but if this is new or worsening speak to a doctor. You should not feel like throwing up after every meal.
What types of foods do you react to? Do you eat the same types of food all the time? It could be Chron's disease. Best to see a doctor.
You are probably stomach-bug prone like my sister, or are allergic to something you're eating.
