Are braces a turn off?

i have braces I am 17 ill have them for a month more what are your opinions on them

but it doesn't really matter to me if a person has/doesn't have braces :P

I don't think it's really an important factor in someone's first impression of you.. unless that's what they look for in a person... then it's probably a different matter... but I don't have any friends that have an obsession with teeth or braces so I think you're all good ;)

They're ugly. I've had them and hygiene is quite harder. They also weaken your teeth. I regret getting them.
