Hmm... well no way you'd be considered skinny in my eyes... but I can't really say you're fat. You'd definitely fall into the chubby category, but there's nothing wrong with that. I kind of like chubby girls, and so do a lot of guys (I'm guessing your boyfriend). Plus I have a hot friend who's shorter than you and weighs around that much, and I think she's hot.
So I think overweight wouldn't really be the correct term for you.
No you are not, you are a fine weight, you may feel fat, but its because you are not comfortable with your self. If you were to lose weight be it only 5 - 10 pounds because any lower you are starting to become to skinny for regular guys. And just so you know, your true love will love you anyway you are. Because remember if you two want children, he has to accept your big belly and your mood swings and everything in between.
I'm the same way. I'm 5'6" and I'm 139lbs. However my boyfriend is 6 foot, if not taller, and 110lbs. Talk about intimidating. I don't think I'm fat but I'm not what I want to look like either. So I feel exactly the same way as you do. I don't think your fat either.
