Find out a common interest. I find it easiest to talk to a guy when you are both talking about something that you're very passionate about. It takes the pressure off trying to say something clever or interesting. For me, I love movies so I'm always talking about what's the latest movie ect.

Ask him how you can fix your computer, even if you know how to fix it. You might not get him to shut up after that though.
