I think this girl is cute but I think she still has her baby teeth. What can happen?

She's adorable but like... all of her teeth look tiny and they're all badly spaced (like you can see her tongue past them).

I still think she's cute but I'm just curious... Like she doesn't look like she has the adult teeth and I really can't bring this up to her but I'm just curious on if that will cause her problems later on? Like... is she gonna have to have them pulled and get dentures or what?

Baby teeth are baby teeth for a reason, she probably just has a horrendously disfigured set of pearly whites. If you are going to stay with her, I recommend learning a few context-related comebacks whenever somebody cracks a joke on her about her teeth.

Most people lose all their baby teeth by age 12, so I doubt it's her baby teeth. Some people can have no adult teeth though, but since she's older I think her dentist would've done something about it by now (like put some sort of cap or veneer on)

I would have expected work done too but it seriously looks like her adult teeth never grew in

idk if she will have to have them pulled though, she's 19 so they aren't baby teeth, they are just how her adult teeth are

i don't think they're her baby teeth, I think that's just the way they are.
