At this point, I'm willing to follow absolutely any diet, and excercise, to get a flatter stomach and overall healthier appearance.
I don't eat 'healthy,' but I have no issues doing so.
I'm 5'7", probably around 140 lbs. More or less, I'm cool with my boobs and butt, which I imagine would get smaller with being more healthy. But hey, that's a risk I'm more than willing to take.
My arms and tummy, and inner thighs, are more of the problem.
So, any help?
Like I said, up for anything.

Well, I doubt that none of us here is a nutritionist or a gym pro! (probably a few though)
Go and talk to them and get your diet and your exercise routine. The key to working out and eating well is not how good it is, but your consistence. If you keep it up, you will be in shape in no time!
Well I think you should really try to ask a doctor that would be able to help a lot. But in my view and you can take this as you like, I think you might be in need of vitamins if you have skinny arms. Again it is best to ask a doctor. Anyways good luck with everything. Give us the results later. :D
Long walks to burn some fat and abdominal exercises to shape the muscles.
But, by losing fat you get smaller boobs.
Drink lots of water, it is the best diuretic and helps eliminate toxins.
