You need to take care of yourself. What you're basically saying, and I totally understand, but what you're saying to your body is that your day to day schedule is more important than taking care of your basic biological needs. I'm just being realistic here. You can put your body under so much pressure, but eventually it breaks down and you will have to take far more time off. You need to put a sustainable regime in place, that involves taking care of your self, decompressing, just basic self nurture.
You probably feel bloated because of what you're eating and how you're eating. Ideally, you should be trying to prepare some proper, wholesome food. A good constituent of food should be stuff that is fresh and you have prepared yourself. Protein shakes, depending on what's in them, will probably tie your stomach in knots. You have to be careful what you eat. A lot of processed foods contain shit loads of sugar and a lot of chemicals. The other thing is, you need to make sure you sit down, some time, during the day, and take some time to concentrate on the food you are eating, and chew it thoroughly. Again, what you're saying now, is that what you're caught up in, is far more important than taking some time to calm your nervous system and digest your food. It's no wonder everything goes out of whack.
While you're working, I think it's perfectly reasonable to have a little mini break and have a little snack. Whether it's some whole nuts and raisins, a low sugar and reasonably healthy cereal bar, a bag of crisps, etc. Where are your carbs? I cook a big pot of brown rice and it lasts me the whole week at work. Plus it's about the healthiest thing you can eat and cheap as chips. Do the same with veg, it'll last most the week in the fridge. You can have it with beans or falafels or whatever you enjoy eating. You can have oatmeal and organic rice milk for breakfast. Again, veg and oven baked sweet potatos, or oven chips, with what ever you enjoy for protein, for your dinner. Healthy, costs nothing, takes no time to prepare.
I would say you need to look at the whole situation you're in here if you want to get better and reduce your stress. I know it's not so simple because you need to work, study, etc. Is there anything you can do to relieve the pressure? It's up to you. But like I say, I don't doubt this is sustainable. If you don't have your health, then you can have all the dreams in the world, but you don't have anything.

You look slim, but healthy. I don't seen any signs of being too thin, but you need to start eating more to take care of your body. You don't want to lose any more wight. You are fine now, but that should be a healthy minimum. No less than that.
Eating more will help not only your overall health, but your mood as well. The body isn't the only thing that needs to be fuelled: the mind needs fuel as well and soup and a mini cupcake is not enough.
Not having enough fuel and nutrients will make the stress and tiredness even worse. The body stresses more when it is not getting enough nutrition and I am not surprised you are tired. It's not just your sleep. Your body isn't getting enough food to burn for energy and you are not eating enough, which is why you are losing weight. find the time to take better care of your body and everything else will follow. Proper nutrition is so important.
start eating snacks throughout the day and try to remind yourself to eat meals and don't eat one large meal at once because it'll do the opposite of helping you gain weight because it could make you full for hours and you'd end up eating less
Girl, your room is a mess. This is why you don’t have boyfriend.

As for food, protein shakes are good, but you should not use them if you don't workout.

You need to make time to have good meals. Take a couple days off and focus on yourself.
