growing up I was always told that size does not equalize strength. so far Bruce Lee was the only person I know that pretty much proof this since I heard he was able to bench almost 300 pounds even though he only weighted 135 pounds; this was literally almost twice his own body weight.
nevertheless I never seen any athlete today being able to lift as much as a powerlifter without actually having hyped up muscle mass.
till then do you believe is possible to lift at a powerlifter level and still have a lean and thin physique?
