I find the best thing to do is stretch every morning for a couple minutes. Although this is a little step, it helps your body get ready in the morning. You are more energized and your metabolism gets a boost. Do some yoga stretches and add in twists and bends that target your core muscles. Also, cutting out foods that bloat you will keep your stomach looking smaller even though you may not have lost weight. My secret weapon is dancing in front of the mirror to my favorite music. I put on the Black Eyed Peas E.N.D album and do some dances that involved a lot of belly rolling and hip movements so it gives me a fun mini work out. Basically, just find some quick fun thing to do for a couple minutes every day that will eventually help you keep a slimmer stomach
changing your diet isn't gonna do anything without exercise, youd probably have better luck eating junk food and doing cardio I know working out sucks I'm trying to lose a little belly fat too and I have a 10 month old, makes it almost impossible to find the time
cut out pop and other carbinated drinks itll help
It's hard to do without exercise... To be honest you do need to burn calories, eating less of them has minor affect and doesn't focus on one area. Exercise is sore at first because your body isn't use to it, and exercising actually gives people more energy. I don't mean that you get more energetic during exercise, but the next day you feel more energetic. My diet is terrible yet my body fat percentage is very low, mostly because I exercise alot. No such thing as a quick fix unfortunately.
eat a diet prodominantly made up of raw fruits and veggies and do some stretching and yoga, don't fall off track and if you do get right back on, you'l be in good shape in no time:)

Working out is the best way to burn Fat...it will help you get a flat belly faster.
and when I say working out I don't mean the abs...but working your entire body.
exercise combined with strict diet will get you faster results.

Running is more fun thatn sit ups and will slim you down even faster as long as you don't eat too many fat calories!
