Do love handles go away when you lose weight?

So I have extremely strong love handles and hip dips it looks like this and its super ugly i know and I’m 175 pounds, do I have to get some procedure done to get rid of the fat or just lose weight and become normal? I dont understand why my body looks like this i really want to fix it somebody please help

Im in pretty good shape but i still have a bit of love handles, not sure why but its always been this way

Sometimes it's more about flab than size. There are flabby slim girls and toned larger girls.

It's likely increasing the amount of collagen and digestive enzymes in your diet would help that. Sulfur would be one too.
