To simply say your "fat" doesn't define how far over-weight you think you are. I've seen some girls that look like tooth-picks that say they are fat and others that can hardly fit through a door and they think they are fine.

It comes down to your own self image. If your asking this question, that tells me that you already feel self-conscious about your weight. If you think you would feel better about yourself if you lost weight, then I would say now is the time to work on loosing it. It's better to improve your health for yourself, then for someone else. There is no reason you can't date and lose weight at the same time. I fell that it comes down to how you feel about your own self-image that dictates if you think you should go out on dates.

Go for it now! I'm sure you look gorgeous, but honestly, when you're feeling your worst, and you find a man who likes you and cares for you just as you are, that's the greatest feeling. You also know that the guy is being completely genuine.

Remember: If he doesn't like you at your worst, he doesn't deserve to see you at your best!
