I don't think they're being ignored, but they're far from being a priority either. It took my family a long time to realize that I had depression because it was easily dismissed as simply complaining. Men are discouraged from complaining, an important part of speech that lets people know what's wrong at any given moment. If we don't tell people what's wrong, then we can't get help. If nobody is willing to listen, we don't tell people.

It goes for men in general. If you complain you are called a whiner. If you demonstrate emotion you are called a bitch and people will gang up on you too.

oh definitely, "walk it off, be a man, grow some balls..." a breeding ground for depression, selfconfidence issues, OCD, you name it. meanwhile some girl is upset because Billy didn't say hi to her today.

some women take advantage of the situation and play little miss victim when in reality they are just lying, then they go brag to their friends when they win (divorce settlements, sexual harassment complaints, etc)

Bottom line: Men's issues are largely dismissed because their solutions would put women in a compromising position. All biology aside, women's concerns are prioritized because they align with the priorities of civilized society, the highest of which is safety. A safe society has no tolerance for the more combative elements of "masculinity" and can't be bothered by men who fail to gratify or suppress their sexual needs or attain their desired social status through exclusively cooperative means. That's the elephant in the room. The only (dystopian) solutions I can think of would be mass placation through medication or eunchization with few specially selected exceptions, much like male livestock have always been handled.

I think your missing the whole question at hand here. Wemon should never be compromised due to a man's mental health. Yes I have has issues brought on by wemon and relationships. At the same time I PLACED MYSELF IN THAT'S PREDICAMENT. I was never forced to have relationships yet some I did I was used and taken advantage of. This turns extremely bad when children are involved, I took custody of my son from his mother who would not give up. Neglect, abuse, not providing basic needs and it still cost me 40 grand in lawyer fees. What's fucking wrong their? Court cares less of a child then mothers rights. It very much affected my son. She has now lost her fifth kid, when should we treat them like livestock and remove her from being able to breed? Problem is you can't... human rights. Yet thoes children's rights are superseded from mother and her rights. Society a whole is the issue. If their is an elephant in the room then maby the room was built too small

Women are the cause of many of mens issues. Mens whole purpose for being on the earth is to build great things and impregnate women. Now women make silly rules to hold men back at work and they don't make good wives or mothers so men don't even know what its like to truly desire a woman these days, it feels different than just seeing a pretty girl thats for sure. But many men don't even know how it feels because there are almost no women like this.

At the end of the day it causes men to go crazy because its like the tools at our disposal aren't working so lets just destroy it all and start again. ie mass shooters etc.

Well yes they are unless it's severe such as something like schizophrenia or psychosis. Men already have the attitude eventually that they'll be the head of a household, a father. To be a man. This means pushing back your problems and just getting the job done to put food on your table with no excuses. Along with this we're not as likely to open up about them.

They're not there is plenty of help available at least in UK. There is no difference between men or women. Usually its men who are reluctant to seek help. It might also be women are more "supportive" in a sense they form groups and talk it over, or other women may provide them with emotional support.

Other than help available is same for men and women.

That's just how the world works. Women are naturally the ones that most people seek to protect for a multitude of reasons that are mostly subconscious.

Men are generally just expected to be strong for the most part.

However, to say that men's mental health is being completely ignored is so obviously false.

Ignored, no, but not given the same priority as that of women. That is a constant theme in society. Take the following example, which overlooks that three out of four, 75%, are men.

Let it be known if men's mental health was developed it would do better for what women want than some of the things they are currently campaigning for.

Men who violate/harm others are often mentally hurt/ deranged and if society took better care of men's mental health they wouldn't get this bad and wouldn't take their problems out on others.
