I never judge someone for finding a hungry market and tapping it, she should collect the checks while it's seen as trendy. Although somehow I don't think people will be doing "rage yoga" a thousand years from now, so it is what it is
I don't think I would like this because it seems like the opposite of yoga. I mean I guess getting your feelings out is therapeutic but I don't like cursing or alcohol. I'd prefer to use traditional yoga to calm myself from my rage.

First off I'm not a satanist, and yes I have been told this at least a dozen time by people when I show this music. I just like the harsh fury that Terrorcore brings. @laurieluvsit
While I can appreciate the humor of it, it is ineffectual and actually disrespectful towards the origins of Yoga.
Much like the bastardization of Martial Arts via MMA, it is just another artifact of the ancient, eastern civilizations that had very effective teachings for the mind and body.
You may as well have stretching exercises where you tense up instead. Utterly counterproductive.
This make no sense. Yoga should bring you peace and balance. Rage is the complete opposite. That is stupid, but hey it could work for some people. Not me.
i dont really think any kinda yoga is a way u can get anger out... if i was angry i think id jus get a metal pole n smash some trash up or something lol... usually anger doesn't stay with me tho... it only comes to me for about 5 mins within whatever it is that made me angry... i have to let it out then within that 5 mins or else it goes away and i calm down...
what i did once when i was angry i pushed a another student down a flight of steps cos he insulted me... that got my anger out pretty well lol
anyway to answer ur question, na... never tried or heard of it lol, dont think i would try it cos it wouldn't be much point to me... but id join the club so i can go at the back of the club and see the 1st picture u posted lol
