I don't think I would like this because it seems like the opposite of yoga. I mean I guess getting your feelings out is therapeutic but I don't like cursing or alcohol. I'd prefer to use traditional yoga to calm myself from my rage.

i dont really think any kinda yoga is a way u can get anger out... if i was angry i think id jus get a metal pole n smash some trash up or something lol...
usually anger doesn't stay with me tho... it only comes to me for about 5 mins within whatever it is that made me angry... i have to let it out then within that 5 mins or else it goes away and i calm down...

what i did once when i was angry i pushed a another student down a flight of steps cos he insulted me... that got my anger out pretty well lol
