She's okay. In fact, she's an inspiration... 😊
Whatever you want to do with your body, nobody should question it as long as you take full responsibility on the consequences.
I have low metabolism which is a problem of mine since puberty. So I had to consume more fiber and 2-3 liters of water everyday. I was 25 when I started working out but I wasn't so serious about it. Until I hit 30 and my blood pressure and sugar level went a bit high so I had to double my effort and started a routine. I had to modify my eating habits to low-carbs high-protein high-fiber diet along with cardio workouts, intensive toning and weigh lifting. That's when my health improved and I began to get a well toned body (not muscular). I posted my journey to achieve my goal on my IG and FB and so far, a lot was inspired by my transformation. Some of them approached me and started to follow my diet and workout routines. Since then I saw people I know started to lose weight and i can only be proud of their achievement. Right now, I'm on maintenance routine (morning run, planks, yoga and zumba dance classes) to keep a normal BMI.
So however you want your body to look - muscular, well-toned, lean, feminine, plump or voluptuous - embrace it. No need to worry about what people would say about how you look. That's your body, you know what it needs and it's your choice how you would provide for it. Stay healthy and fit, you owe it to yourself.

Yes women can be muscular but their muscular potential will be much lower than men. Women who work out and are active will have a highly desirable feminine figure, e. g. big butt, nice hips, larger chest size etc. Women who have muscle similar to a man's will be on a high dosage of steroids. It is biologically impossible for women to gain as much muscle as men because women have a lower testosterone level. Steroids contain large amounts of testosterone which is why women who take steroids end up looking like deformed men.
She can be, sure. But one has to bear in mind that anything outside what is normal or usual is going to be looked at sometimes unfavorably. This occurs for men and women. A guy can be too big (in terms of muscle or fat) or too small. Same for women. So if a woman comes out looking very muscular, that's going to put people off. If a guy is too short, that's going to put people off. It's outside what we know to be usual. Simply saying, "we should accept all body types" is useless because it does nothing. It doesn't mean anything because it's not like one can be forced to like and accept everyone. A girl can put on muscle but she also has to be aware that both men and women will be put off by it.
Absolutely! Tyen Rasif looks damn hot.

There is a big difference between Rasif being in good shape (nice) and the likes of the attached photo (not so nice, for a gal)
She looks good to me, not steroid muscular type.
Muscular lady here- yes, a girl can be muscular AND still be feminine too!
I lift weights regularly (3-5 days a week), along with doing cardio. It's helped give me an athletic, toned figure. Yes, I have muscles, but not to where I look like a man or have a bulky build!
Trust me, if this site wasn't full of judgmental trolls and creeps, I'd happily post an image as proof.
I've met and seen plenty of muscular women that don't look masculine. Most people are just insecure being around a woman that isn't dainty, or has muscles. I like being able to lift heavy weights! It makes me feel good about myself ~Nope. She's not "too muscular" at all. I think muscles on women can be very attractive, even if she's more muscular than her. I have never seen woman with muscles as being "less feminine" or "less attractive" at all. A woman's figure does NOT determine her femininity or her "worthiness" as a woman. Furthermore, I'd gladly date a woman who had muscles or who was even more muscular than me. Wouldn't even think twice about it at all. And I wouldn't feel like "less of a man" for being with a muscular woman either. That kind of thinking is archaic and should be left in the stone age. Women should be whatever they damn well please. 👍
Depends... the girl in the pic obviously hasn't taken man pills (or injections) to get where she is. She's sexy as fuck because it's the natural look. I mean what guy wouldn't let her go down on him? I bet she'd even turn faggots on.
It's the ones that take those man pills (or injections), at first it's their hands that get bigger, then their chin, arms for some reason just start looking like a man's, and yeah... they become unattractive because they start looking like a dude. That's my perspective because dudes look like shit fucking another piece of shit to me. The only thing I see when I look at another man is whether I can beat the shit out of him in a fight or not... my brain registers no sense of beauty. Yet... I've had dudes be able to judge me, so either they were gay... or they were bi.
Where was I going with that? Fuck if I know... bottom line, if a chick works out without man pills (injections), she going to be dead sexy. The woman in the photo is pretty. However, some men may think she is too muscular. Certainly some women can be very muscular such as this women:
Most men would think she is too muscular.
Ballet dancers and world class figure skaters train up to six hour a day so obviously they have well developed muscles and almost all men (and women) think they are beautiful. However, their muscles are not big or very pronounced.A woman can be as fit or muscular as she want's, it's not really up to anyone else to pass verdict.
If you are asking what I personally find attractive I don't mind an athletic or muscular build. But if you go all the way to body building and such it's not my thing. But I wouldn't deem them ugly or object. They do what they want and I'm sure there are other guys than me out there for them.If they eat well and workout correctly then sure they can. And they should too, it's sexy and will lift the standards of other women in terms of keeping fit and in shape.
As a sporty guy I want a chick that is also similarly motivated to hit goals rather than sit at home eating chips watching Netflix.they can if they want to be. however huge bulky muscles on woman tend to not look as good. better off with a lean toned body and/or modest muscles mass. for a more natural look. instead of looking like there hooked on drugs to build muscles mass.
then again huge bulky muscles on guys. where it looks like there hooked on drugs. do not look all that great either.Women who are overly muscled look masculine, and a lot of men, including myself, are turned off by that.
Of course, a woman can do whatever she likes, but she isn't going to change what men find attractive. To the actual question posed. Well duh, of course women can be muscular.
To the spirit of the question. some scumbags who don't like a particular style etc engage in any form of body shaming to validate themselves. It's bullshit. I have little doubt that for every asshat that bitches about muscular women there are at least 2 guys (or girls) who think that is delightful.I think muscular women look bad. Women don’t look good with masculine physical characteristics, just like men don’t look good with feminine physical characteristics.
A female can definitely be muscly. She can do what she wants. I do think there's a point where it goes from being "muscly" to bodybuilding. To men this may come across as intimating and may be put off by it though but, I'm sure some love it.
A woman can strive for whatever body she desires, if that’s what makes her happy.
Personally, I don’t find the muscular, body builder type body attractive for a woman. It makes them look too much like a man.
I like a woman who is “toned” at most.Of course a girl can be, if she wants to be she should be, it's her choice, what she wants to do with her body should be her choice, but as a personal preference I find it unattractive and wouldn't go for a girl like that, but if that's what you want then go for it, the right guy will be interested in you
As long as women don't take steroids I don't really care. Most women can work out their entire life and they still won't look that muscular. The girl in the photo isn't even that muscular looking. The ownly thing that looks muscular are her traps, and it isn't even that much
Yeah, they can be muscular. Tyen Rasif is fit but not body building muscular. What's beautiful about muscles is having the freedom to move how you want when you want. If you are in an emergency and you can trust your own body to pull you out of danger. That is something to be proud of. Don't let anyone tell you to stop getting the benefits of being strong.
Yes, but not as much as men. The girl in the picture is naturally achievable. More than that would be very difficult. Anyway, I doubt you would want to be too muscular. Some muscle can help in keeping your looks youthful, you won't have saggy boobs and ass and lots of cellulite with enough muscle mass. However, I don't see why a girl would want to look as muscular as a man.
Sure. It's just not what GUYS are into. In fact, the more you try to be like a man, the less desirable you are to them.
Guys are WAY more interested in your level of attraction and desire for THEM. Your workouts are virtually irrelevant. She can certainly be fit, strong, flexible and even muscular. But I really don't care for women with defined muscles, except maybe in the backs of their calves.
