She's okay. In fact, she's an inspiration... 😊
Whatever you want to do with your body, nobody should question it as long as you take full responsibility on the consequences.
I have low metabolism which is a problem of mine since puberty. So I had to consume more fiber and 2-3 liters of water everyday. I was 25 when I started working out but I wasn't so serious about it. Until I hit 30 and my blood pressure and sugar level went a bit high so I had to double my effort and started a routine. I had to modify my eating habits to low-carbs high-protein high-fiber diet along with cardio workouts, intensive toning and weigh lifting. That's when my health improved and I began to get a well toned body (not muscular). I posted my journey to achieve my goal on my IG and FB and so far, a lot was inspired by my transformation. Some of them approached me and started to follow my diet and workout routines. Since then I saw people I know started to lose weight and i can only be proud of their achievement. Right now, I'm on maintenance routine (morning run, planks, yoga and zumba dance classes) to keep a normal BMI.
So however you want your body to look - muscular, well-toned, lean, feminine, plump or voluptuous - embrace it. No need to worry about what people would say about how you look. That's your body, you know what it needs and it's your choice how you would provide for it. Stay healthy and fit, you owe it to yourself.
Yes women can be muscular but their muscular potential will be much lower than men. Women who work out and are active will have a highly desirable feminine figure, e. g. big butt, nice hips, larger chest size etc. Women who have muscle similar to a man's will be on a high dosage of steroids. It is biologically impossible for women to gain as much muscle as men because women have a lower testosterone level. Steroids contain large amounts of testosterone which is why women who take steroids end up looking like deformed men.
She can be, sure. But one has to bear in mind that anything outside what is normal or usual is going to be looked at sometimes unfavorably. This occurs for men and women. A guy can be too big (in terms of muscle or fat) or too small. Same for women. So if a woman comes out looking very muscular, that's going to put people off. If a guy is too short, that's going to put people off. It's outside what we know to be usual. Simply saying, "we should accept all body types" is useless because it does nothing. It doesn't mean anything because it's not like one can be forced to like and accept everyone. A girl can put on muscle but she also has to be aware that both men and women will be put off by it.
Absolutely! Tyen Rasif looks damn hot.
She’s 23 this year

There is a big difference between Rasif being in good shape (nice) and the likes of the attached photo (not so nice, for a gal)
She looks good to me, not steroid muscular type.
Heck yeah and so do you
You are looking like someone if lick and kiss and live to satisfy. Are you available?
Muscular lady here- yes, a girl can be muscular AND still be feminine too!
I lift weights regularly (3-5 days a week), along with doing cardio. It's helped give me an athletic, toned figure. Yes, I have muscles, but not to where I look like a man or have a bulky build!
Trust me, if this site wasn't full of judgmental trolls and creeps, I'd happily post an image as proof.
I've met and seen plenty of muscular women that don't look masculine. Most people are just insecure being around a woman that isn't dainty, or has muscles. I like being able to lift heavy weights! It makes me feel good about myself ~
I completely agree with everything you said. It's good to hear from someone with a little cred on the subject. But yeah, I couldn't agree more that people (mostly guys) tend to be insecure/intimidated by a woman who has muscles, or who is more muscular and/or stronger than he is. I personally think this type of thinking belongs in the stone age. I understand people have different preferences, but to be so adverse and even downright rude about someone's choice to be muscular lacks logic and tolerance for me. It's so shallow. Of course women can be muscular and be just as feminine while being what SHE chooses to be! I've never thought women, even women who are more muscular than me, to be "masculine" or "not feminine". Any woman has the right to be whatever she damn well pleases and be awesome while doing it. More power to you, @Cynicaldreamer!
@BlueWalker Thank you Blue! You are absolutely right about it mostly being men who are insecure around muscular women. I have one friend that treats me like a man because I am stronger than he is (yeah really).
Personally, I thought men would like a woman that is strong, healthy, and takes care of herself! But unfortunately that is not always the case. You can be feminine AND have muscles! I just wish more women would work on building muscles instead of just doing cardio and looking like little toothpicks with no tone or curves
Nope. She's not "too muscular" at all. I think muscles on women can be very attractive, even if she's more muscular than her. I have never seen woman with muscles as being "less feminine" or "less attractive" at all. A woman's figure does NOT determine her femininity or her "worthiness" as a woman. Furthermore, I'd gladly date a woman who had muscles or who was even more muscular than me. Wouldn't even think twice about it at all. And I wouldn't feel like "less of a man" for being with a muscular woman either. That kind of thinking is archaic and should be left in the stone age. Women should be whatever they damn well please. 👍
@IamAboyXD To each their own, of course. I just don't like it when people are intolerant of others, or who are rude about it is all. I much prefer tolerance, inclusion, goodwill and dignity shown towards others, even if someone might not prefer a certain look or not. No saying you, just people in general.
Depends... the girl in the pic obviously hasn't taken man pills (or injections) to get where she is. She's sexy as fuck because it's the natural look. I mean what guy wouldn't let her go down on him? I bet she'd even turn faggots on.
It's the ones that take those man pills (or injections), at first it's their hands that get bigger, then their chin, arms for some reason just start looking like a man's, and yeah... they become unattractive because they start looking like a dude. That's my perspective because dudes look like shit fucking another piece of shit to me. The only thing I see when I look at another man is whether I can beat the shit out of him in a fight or not... my brain registers no sense of beauty. Yet... I've had dudes be able to judge me, so either they were gay... or they were bi.
Where was I going with that? Fuck if I know... bottom line, if a chick works out without man pills (injections), she going to be dead sexy.
The woman in the photo is pretty. However, some men may think she is too muscular. Certainly some women can be very muscular such as this women:

Most men would think she is too muscular.
Ballet dancers and world class figure skaters train up to six hour a day so obviously they have well developed muscles and almost all men (and women) think they are beautiful. However, their muscles are not big or very pronounced.
A woman can be as fit or muscular as she want's, it's not really up to anyone else to pass verdict.
If you are asking what I personally find attractive I don't mind an athletic or muscular build. But if you go all the way to body building and such it's not my thing. But I wouldn't deem them ugly or object. They do what they want and I'm sure there are other guys than me out there for them.
Objective tolerance and inclusion is always refreshing to see on this site. 👍
If they eat well and workout correctly then sure they can. And they should too, it's sexy and will lift the standards of other women in terms of keeping fit and in shape.
As a sporty guy I want a chick that is also similarly motivated to hit goals rather than sit at home eating chips watching Netflix.
they can if they want to be. however huge bulky muscles on woman tend to not look as good. better off with a lean toned body and/or modest muscles mass. for a more natural look. instead of looking like there hooked on drugs to build muscles mass.
then again huge bulky muscles on guys. where it looks like there hooked on drugs. do not look all that great either.
Women who are overly muscled look masculine, and a lot of men, including myself, are turned off by that.
Of course, a woman can do whatever she likes, but she isn't going to change what men find attractive.
To the actual question posed. Well duh, of course women can be muscular.
To the spirit of the question. some scumbags who don't like a particular style etc engage in any form of body shaming to validate themselves. It's bullshit. I have little doubt that for every asshat that bitches about muscular women there are at least 2 guys (or girls) who think that is delightful.
I think muscular women look bad. Women don’t look good with masculine physical characteristics, just like men don’t look good with feminine physical characteristics.
A female can definitely be muscly. She can do what she wants. I do think there's a point where it goes from being "muscly" to bodybuilding. To men this may come across as intimating and may be put off by it though but, I'm sure some love it.
I wouldn't be intimidated at all, even if she was more muscular than me. Totally agreed that women should be able to do whatever they want. 👍
A woman can strive for whatever body she desires, if that’s what makes her happy.
Personally, I don’t find the muscular, body builder type body attractive for a woman. It makes them look too much like a man.
I like a woman who is “toned” at most.
Of course a girl can be, if she wants to be she should be, it's her choice, what she wants to do with her body should be her choice, but as a personal preference I find it unattractive and wouldn't go for a girl like that, but if that's what you want then go for it, the right guy will be interested in you
As long as women don't take steroids I don't really care. Most women can work out their entire life and they still won't look that muscular. The girl in the photo isn't even that muscular looking. The ownly thing that looks muscular are her traps, and it isn't even that much
Yeah, they can be muscular. Tyen Rasif is fit but not body building muscular. What's beautiful about muscles is having the freedom to move how you want when you want. If you are in an emergency and you can trust your own body to pull you out of danger. That is something to be proud of. Don't let anyone tell you to stop getting the benefits of being strong.
Yes, but not as much as men. The girl in the picture is naturally achievable. More than that would be very difficult. Anyway, I doubt you would want to be too muscular. Some muscle can help in keeping your looks youthful, you won't have saggy boobs and ass and lots of cellulite with enough muscle mass. However, I don't see why a girl would want to look as muscular as a man.
Sure. It's just not what GUYS are into. In fact, the more you try to be like a man, the less desirable you are to them.
Guys are WAY more interested in your level of attraction and desire for THEM. Your workouts are virtually irrelevant.
She can certainly be fit, strong, flexible and even muscular. But I really don't care for women with defined muscles, except maybe in the backs of their calves.
What about Bakhar? She's gorgeous. There are always going to be mixed opinions where large crowds conjure.
A girl can be whatever she wants to be. I personally find it attractive given it shows she cares about herself, she is strong and up for breaking the norms. It's also motivating. I got into fitness recently and it has huge physical and psychological benefits too. So all in all absolutely yes.
You want a bit of meat on your woman, but she's just too manish for me.
The largest female bodybuilder I've ever seen which i'd still consider attractively feminine would be Bakhar Nabieva, and i think that's mostly because she's kept most of her gains in her legs, hence keeping her centre of gravity low like a woman has.
If she wants to be, sure. It all depends on what kind of aesthetic she wants. Some women want to be slim and just slightly toned, like Shakira or Britney Spears back in the 2000s, other women want to have bigger muscles and be more 'body builder-like'.
The so called bodybuilders use steriods and like drugs for the soul purpose to get bigger muscle mass. Their are natural bodybuilders but most are not.
Yeah I believe that anyone who is willing to deadacate time to being fit can be muscular and physically sexy with the muscle tone and physique so much that they balance their body and not going overboard and looking like freaks.. lol just saying
A woman sure can.

Of course a girl can be muscular. That doesn't mean men are going to find her attractive. Do whatever you like with your body, but no one owes you compliments. If you bulk up and men balk at you, well that's life. You have the right to bulk up and they have the right to balk at you. You need to find a way to reconcile your decisions.
Just because someone can’t control what other people say and do like balking at her muscular body, doesn’t mean they have the right to.
@stardust101 Huh? Everyone has the right to have whatever opinion they want about a woman's looks. No one is immune from criticism or snide comments. And if you put yourself on the internet you open yourself up to anyone and everyone with too much time on their hands. Thinking otherwise is just silly. There is no safe space on the web.
Hell yeah! Only a weak man will try to bring down a strong woman.
Oh hell yeah. Especially if their ass is the perfect ass specimen. Haha The human female ass is such an aphrodisiac. Love the hot, fit ones!
Obviously we can. I’m in kickboxing and ended up bulking up like crazy, I cur back because it doesn’t look that good on my small frame. But some women ROCK it.
Wow so hot
Personally I dont think men should get too muscular either. Its too crazy for both women and men. I however do applaud fitness and muscularity on both men and women. I do believe that aesthetics are also important. You should build a body that you feel good in. A body that makes you feel confident and sexy.
Honestly its more about feminine appearance. For example women should NEVER do bicep curls or direct bicep work. They should do tricep work only. Little things like this are what makes even muscular women still look feminine. When a girl has huge arms and shoulders she's going to look like a man and its fucking gross. But you got thick muscle legs and ass? Thats fine.
I love bicep curls though. Biceps are my favorite muscles to work. Been two years, haven't grown a dick yet.
@CubsterShura sure seems like you're trying 😂
I mean, they haven't made me a man at all. I can't imagine having well toned triceps and no biceps at all, such a terrible imbalance of muscles.
@CubsterShura why would you have no biceps? Dont you do indirect bicep work? Ie rows or chin ups? Direct bicep work gives you biceps out of proportion. It looks good to an extent on men it looks terrible on women. Just as there are things men shouldn't prioritize that women should. The ideal male and female physique is not the same.
Of course I do other muscle groups too... I do isolation and compound. But nah it doesn't look terrible in the slightest bit. Even if it does, doesn't matter. I'll just marry a guy who doesn't mind it (don't even know why a guy would marry a girl with biceps if he doesn't like them). So no worries.
@CubsterShura well as per the op. The thing men like those complaining about her dont like is a masculine appearance and typically that happens when a girl overdoes her shoulders and arms.
Looks good to me!
As long as a woman doesn't use steroids, being muscular makes her more attractive in my opinion.
I think muscles on a girl are hot. Now dont het me wrong just like with a man there is also too much. I mean come on make or female if you dont have a neck or can't close your legs we went from hot to not
I think she looks great - I really love the muscular, super athletic look for girls.
Of course a woman can be muscular. Don't bother other people's opinions on you. They always try to pull you down if you want to achive something🤷♂️
Not necessarily "body-builder muscular" but more on the "athletic/fit" physique. I've had an athletic physique in my 20s & I miss that look. I'm aiming to regain that & feel healthy at the same time.
Yes, she can be muscular, as long as it is not gained bay some kind of chemical that shortening her life dramatically or she spends exercising most of the time.
Girl in pic looks great.
Those 'girls' in bodybuilding freak shows too much and I would not be interested in girl like that.
Of course. The one pictured above is very attractive.
It's fine, I just don't personally think being that muscular as a woman is attractive. I realize that'll probably piss people off but that's just what I think.
I don't like it in my opinion.. It just doesn't look right. Hence why I had to stop weight training.. i was bulking up and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin
People think that girl in the pic is too muscular? Oh wow they have NOT been on the internet long have they? I've seen women FAR more muscular that her. As for if they can, sure why not. If they wanna I ain't judging. I'm not into girls who could literally squeeze my head until it pops between their thighs, but that's just me.
I think toned men and women are equally attractive. People who have no visible muscle tone do not look their best to be.
To ME!
Girls can be muscular as long as they don't over do it like some guys do at the gym with those suplements or "enhancers". Another this is if she's ok with her body figure or wants to be stronger. The woman in the picture is ok.
A little muscle on a girl is attractive, even sexy, in my opinion; too much, however, makes her look like a man and is anything but attractive.
Of course a girl can be muscular. As long as it is natural and not drug enhanced, I prefer some muscles on my women.
A woman can surely be muscular! Is in, female physiology doesn't prevent it :P not really my thing though
I firmly believe a girl can be muscular. Look at Women's MMA and boxing. Most of those women look amazing in both the gloves and and evening gowns!
The muscles on the girl in the picture look good, but when a girl bulks up, and gets too muscular, they don't look attractive at all.
They are sexy and badass
I like them much more than I like those girly Barbie dolls
I think she looks great. Girls can have too many muscles, same as men.
Yes she can, and as long as she's not on steroids she can look really good as well.
Totally! Fit girls are super cute and i have someone to workout with :)
She’s not that muscular but I don’t like her bulky arms. I wonder how much whey protein she consume to look that way.
I think it can look amazing on a woman. It all depends how she wears it.
I'm not into body building muscles, not on a man either, though.
Women can be muscular just like they can be fat but it doesn't mean it makes them attractive to the masses.
Not muscular enough tbh, poverty gainz
Honestly though I think that's the physique most girls aspire to have, so it's a practicing what you preach approach
She’s a fitness trainer. She needs to be in shape to do that.
I dont think that she is too muscular. But yes if a woman have flat tummy toned up arms and legs definitely she will look nice
She looks good. I think a lot of guys are intimidated by muscular women because they clearly have the level dedication that guys wish they had.
