Some of you might be unfamiliar with hip dips but basically: Hip dips are when there is a dip in the break between where your hip joins the leg. They are not the same thing as a love handle as love handles are caused by fat accumulated on the hips, while hip dips are caused by the lack of fat on the hip-leg joint. Also, needless to say this is not a disease of deformity, some people are born with a bone structure like that, and it's actually fairly common.
Example of girls with hip dips:I know it doesn't matter to some people but to me it does because I used to hate my body during my teenage years and wanted to be like everybody else. Should I be worried about it?

You tend to see this more often in skinny more athletic women. Its not less attractive. It could be corrected by gaining some weight given that you gain the fat around your hips and upper thighs
Um... no, it means she's fit and slim, which is a GOOD thing. God how is this something that females continue to not understand? What is with all the "hip dip" posts?
I dislike hip dips on my body, in the pictures attached to the question the people shown look nice with them, but personally I look like trash with them, (and probably still would without).

My guess is that 90% of guys would not notice them. The other 10 % are not bothered if they do notice them.

If they aren't being honest you mean? A good portion of guys are just looking for some fun. That baser human want. Some guys don't really care if they are actually dating but there are a few who do. I personally have a preference as to what i look for physically and emotionally. Sure healthy girls are awesome. No doubt. But I still have my preference. Does that mean I'd deny a healthy, fit attractive chick? Yes. I would. 100% because my preference are with in the range that is thick than most small wasted women. I dont like fat girls. No. There's nothing wrong with them either. But I just have a preference. And I usually date to marry at some point. Most just date at 20 to 28. No one really actively looks for lasting relationships. Well... not many look for them i mean. In any case. No i dont particularly like this body type. Is it wrong? Hell no. She sexy as hell if she looks like that! Real talk! But I stick to my preference cause that's what I like in women. A woman who is a little thick but not like too big. I may change my mind too who knows. Im just saying. I adhere to a preference for my own sake. Its just my opinion. Every woman is beautiful inside and those who seek health are strong and have my respect. Get dem gains girl! No cap! Love yourself! And... i just realize this is in a answer response not the response to the lady... well either way. Do you ladies. There's a man for all y'all and a woman for all the men. you'll figure it out.
