we have a small gym in our apartment so I have access to treadmill and I prefer to work out with that one.

With that said, keep a fitness level and good nutrition that you can stick to. There's no point in working out like a fiend if you're just going to stop when you're craving junk food or too tired to work out. Results don't come easy. You need to put stress on your body so it performs.

It's not a plug. It's my diet and workout plan and girls on here ask me all the time for it so I thought to make an article and GAG featured it. People are thankful so stop being rude. You should be ashamed for making an idiot out of yourself.
cut out junk food and eat salad at least one meal a day. also limit carbs and work out at least 30 min a day
i actually just have one meal a day and eat fruits or salad for the rest and I do work out. but its just a daily program and I know for losing weight I need to change it.
make sure you don't overeat, and its better to eat between 4 and 6 meals a day. don't eat one huge meal at dinner and starve yourself for the rest of the day. and don't eat before you go to bed
