Losing weight and get in shape in 40 days?

I'm not that fat I'm 5.9 and 150 lb, but I think I need to lose a little bit more and get toned.

we have a small gym in our apartment so I have access to treadmill and I prefer to work out with that one.

so do you have any diet plan and exercise tip to can help me with?
