Best way to approach women?

Well I'm not good with relationship situations or even dating

For that matter. But I'm wondering what's the best way to overcome my anxiety to meet women.?

Think of how they say an overweight person should go about losing weight: live healthier. That means making lifestyle changes like regular exercise and reasonable changes to his/her diet. Same kind of thing here. What I mean is that you've got to conquer your anxiety and the best way I've found is to just talk to everyone. Men, women, kids, teenagers, everyone. Just maker conversation with strangers in line at the store or sitting next to you on a bench. It teaches you how to think on your feet but it also gets you desensitized to people who act like jerks or don't want to talk. Once you are impervious to rejection (it will always scare you, but it doesn't have to control you) the thought of talking to women is much more palatable. Just talk to everyone. The other thing is to get in the habit of smiling all the time. Women love that.

Join any sort of club with a lot of women, go on ski trips with a group of people, and just hang out with as many women as possible without trying to be romantic. This will help you overcome your shyness.
