The ones that I have heard actually work were Hydroxycut, and GNC has vitamin packs that boost your energy and make sure you are getting your vitamins.
The best supplements are just that, supplements. They are meant to be used in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet and exercise.
Diet pills that promise all this weight loss on their own are bogus. They either only promote water loss, which will deprive your muscles and dehydrate you as well as come back just as fast as it came off. OR they are filled with caffeine or other stimulants that make you jittery and feel really weird, anxious, manic (happy one minute, sad or mad the next) and all together, do not make you feel your best.

i think theyre all placebo effects because usually in fine print it says "take one pill daily with eating right and plenty of exercise, take pill with a full glass of water"
basically forget the pill and just eat right and exercise while drinking water...the hidden secret to losing weight.

Anything your doctor wouldn't suggest or prescribe probably isn't a safe bet. The problem with most diet pills is that they either don't do what they say they will, their effects drastically reverse the moment you stop taking them, or they have potentially dangerous side effects. If there were a reliable, effective, and safe diet pill out there, don't you think everyone would know about it?
If you are not within your healthy weight range and can't lose weight by eating right and exercising, you should see a medical professional because you probably have a legitimate health problem. At the end of the day, it's all about burning more calories than you consume, and everything else is just a distraction.i don't think so I tried this green tea one once it didn't do anything except feed me caffeine
i think vitamins help though, like daily multivitamin, b complex and omega really help speed up metabolism and give you energy and make sure the body is making the right proteins...they don't work for me. I am not overweight. I have tried hydroxycut all it did was give me crazy anxiety and increased heart beat when I was taking it. not good. I got so scared, I 've opted for gentler methods such as green tea, water and eating more fruit and vegies.
I lost a ton of weight on Adderall.
