Honestly I think that's the best to cry and vent. That's happens to me as well. So I make tea, grab my head phones, put on my favorite music, by a window and cry it out. I don't know if it will work for you as well. If it doesn't try to distract yourself. Watch a movie or something. I personally play video games.

This sucks because its so easy to fall into and hard to get out of. Start taking care of you. Work out, eat healthy, improve the way you think and talk about yourself. Just improve the way you see yourself.

It doesn't work like that. You don't decide what emotions you're going to feel. Try reinterpreting your feelings and think about them in more detail. That might give you more insight into what you actually want.
